How the Raffle works:

• Each ticket equals one entry into the prize draw
• Accumulate more tickets for an increased chance of winning BUCKS, an in-app currency, which can be redeemed for SKALE crypto tokens ($SKL)
• Multiple fixed prizes of BUCKS are available each day
• After the draw concludes, redeem your prizes within 3 months to secure them.
• To redeem your prizes, you will need to first verify your email
• You will be able to withdraw your crypto prizes on a separate website using a Metamask Wallet or any Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible self-custodial crypto wallet (such as Rabby, Rainbow, Phantom, etc.)

Rules, Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the periodic prize draws organized by Yomi Games Pte. Ltd, referred to as the “Promoter,” “we,” or “us.” Upon participating in a prize draw (referred to as the “Prize Draw”), you, identified as the “Participant” or “you,” hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For each new prize draw, the web page is updated, outlining the prizes and event particulars. Any information or instructions disseminated by the Promoter regarding the prize draw on www.yomigames.gg or presented within the App are integral components of these terms and conditions.

1) THE PRIZE DRAW

1.1) Participants will be eligible to participate in a daily prize draw for an opportunity to win an in-game, non-transferrable currency BUCKS that can later be redeemed for SKALE tokens ($SKL) (referred to as the “Prize”), subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

2) HOW TO ENTER

2.1) To participate in the Prize Draw, Participants must have an account with the Promoter (automatically created in-game) and acquire RAFFLE tickets (referred to as the “Tickets”) by downloading and playing Yomi Block Puzzle (The Game).

2.2) The Game is subject to the Company’s Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

2.3) The Game is open for free participation, and no payment is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. Entry into the Prize Draw is contingent on the Tickets accumulated in the Game. Each Ticket holds a value of one entry into the Prize Draw, and participants have the option to submit multiple Tickets (each considered a valid entry) for a single Prize Draw. It’s essential to note that the Tickets possess no monetary or intrinsic value and do not represent any form of cryptocurrency or tokenized asset.

2.4) You are required to have a Metamask or self-custodial EVM wallet to collect your Prize Draw. 

2.5)  Tickets are non-transferable to any other individual, and you are prohibited from entering the Prize Draw on behalf of any third party. Similarly, no third party is permitted to enter the Prize Draw on your behalf.

2.6) There is no cash alternative for the Tickets or the Prize.

3) START AND END DATE

3.1) The Game Prize Draw starts daily at 12:00:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) and ends on 23:59:59 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Any attempt to enter the Prize Draw beyond this specified timeframe will be automatically disqualified. We reserve the right to adjust the date, time, and/or length of the Prize Draw accordingly, and will show any changes clearly in the app.

4) ELIGIBILITY

4.1) To participate in the Prize Draw, Participants must be a resident of any country where The Game is made available for distribution from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

4.2) Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

4.3) Entries to the Prize Draw will be considered void if the Participant:

4.3.1) fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions; 4.4.2) employs automated bots or an emulator to play The Game; 

4.3.3) employs Bluestacks or other similar software.

4.3.4) utilizes a rooted, bootloader, unlocked, or jailbroken device.

or

4.3.5) utilizes or involves any third party to play the Game on their behalf;

4.3.6) is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being involved in an effort to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the Prize Draw.

4.4) The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of your age, residence, or other eligibility criteria. A delay or failure to provide such evidence to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction may lead to an entry being deemed void or a Prize being forfeited.

4.5) The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you or void your Tickets or entry into the Prize Draw if you do not comply with any of the eligibility criteria or if the Promoter reasonably believes that your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Prize Draw. The Promoter may also terminate your account and prevent you from playing the Game or participating in any future prize draw operated by the Promoter.

4.6) The determination of a Participant’s eligibility for the Prize Draw is final, and the Promoter is under no obligation to furnish any reasons for disqualification or termination of a Participant’s account.

5) THE PRIZE

5.1) The Prize, provided by the Promoter, consists of BUCKS that can be redeemed for SKALE tokens. Multiple Prizes are available.

5.2) The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or fluctuation in the equivalent market price of $SKL resulting from third-party/market fluctuations. The Prize is awarded based on the market value of $SKL, which may vary.

5.3) The Promoter does not provide any warranty or representation concerning the intrinsic or market value of the Prize, and you acknowledge that the Prize is susceptible to fluctuations in value due to market forces.

5.4) The winner is accountable for any costs, bridging fees, taxes, or expenses associated with claiming or utilizing the Prize, except for those explicitly mentioned as included in the Prize. 

5.5) The Prize is non-negotiable, and no cash alternative is available.

5.6) The Promoter bears no responsibility if you are unable to take up or accept the Prize for any reason, including the absence of a compatible self-custodial crypto Wallet, such as Metamask, or sending funds to the incorrect address.

5.7) The Prize is designated for the named winners only and is non-transferable to any other individual.

5.8) The Prize cannot be claimed by any third party on your behalf.

5.9) The Prizes for the current Prize Draw are as follows: fixed

5.10) The top 3 prizes in the draw, known as the Jackpots are fixed and subject to change at any time. Whenever a new player joins the draw or watches more ads, the prize amount remains fixed and does not change.

6) SELECTION OF THE WINNERS

6.1) Subject to eligibility and adherence to these terms and conditions, all submitted Tickets will be included in the Prize Draw.

6.2) Each Ticket will be assigned a unique number, and winners will be selected using a random number generator.

6.3) In the event that one participant is chosen as the winner for more than one prize in the same Prize Draw, the lower Prize(s) will be revoked, and another participant will be randomly selected as the winner.

6.4) Once all the winning Participants have been chosen, the Promoter will verify that they have not violated these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the Game. If any winning participant is suspected of cheating or violating these terms and conditions or the Game’s terms of use, the Promoter reserves the right to request additional information from the winning Participant to ensure their legitimacy as a winner. Failure to provide such information or providing insufficient information may lead to the disqualification of the winning Participant, exclusion from any future Prize draw operated by the Promoter, and the forfeiture of the Prize.

6.5) In the event of the disqualification of a winning Participant for any reason, the Promoter retains the right to randomly select a new winner from the eligible Participants and redistribute the Prize (although the Promoter is not obligated to do so). 

6.6) The decision of the Promoter regarding the winners and any disqualification is final.

6.7) The winning Participant hereby consents to the Promoter using their name and county or state of residence for publication or to make it available to the public or the Advertising Standards Authority for the purpose of verifying a valid award. 

6.8) If you object to the sharing of your personal information under condition 6.7 above, you must notify the Promoter before entering the Prize Draw by emailing us at hello@yomigames.gg. In such instances, if you still choose to participate in the Prize Draw, the Promoter may still be required to provide your personal details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

7) CONTACTING THE WINNER

7.1) The Promoter will promptly notify the winner via a notification inside the App, contingent upon the Promoter reviewing the winner in accordance with condition 6.4 above, using the contact details you provided upon entering the Prize Draw.

7.2) Upon the completion of the Promoter’s review, which may take up to five business days, the Promoter will send an in-app notification to the winner through the App. The prize will be available for the eligible winner to redeem on the same day via the App.

7.3) If the details of the winner are incorrect, and the transfer of the Prize does not occur for any reason, the Promoter will make an effort to notify the winner through a push notification on the App or via the winner’s registered email. The winner should contact the Promoter if they are unable to claim their prize for any reason by emailing hello@yomigames.gg 

7.4) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner if it is unable to transfer the Prize. If, after a period of 7 days from the date of the winner’s announcement, the Promoter has been unable to contact the winner or the winner has been unable to collect their prize for technical reasons, the prize will be forfeit

7.5) Legal title to the Prize is transferred only when the Prize has been successfully redeemed by you. We do not hold the Prize in trust for you, and we do not serve as a custodian of the Prize. You possess no rights to the Prize until you become the legal owner of the Prize.

8) PUBLICITY, SPONSORSHIP, AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1) We will use your personal information strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. 

8.2) This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media network. Specifically, please be aware that Apple and Google are not a sponsor or involved in any way with this Prize Draw, and the Promoter is solely responsible for providing the Prize. The Prize is not provided by Apple or Google, and Apple and Google assume no responsibility or liability to you in any regard related to the operation of the Prize Draw.

8.3) FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLE INC IS NOT A SPONSOR NOR IS INVOLVED IN ANY WAY WITH THIS PRIZE DRAW. THE PRIZE DRAW PROMOTER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE PRIZE IF WON BY AN ELIGIBLE ENTRANT. THE PRIZES WON ARE NOT PRODUCTS OF APPLE, NOR ARE THEY RELATED TO APPLE IN ANY WAY. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ORGANIZING THIS PRIZE DRAW AND DISTRIBUTING THE PRIZES IS YOMI GAMES’ OR OUR PARTNER ZBD’S RESPONSIBILITY

9) OUR LIABILITY

9.1) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from taking up the Prize unless caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. For clarity, the Promoter will, under no circumstances, be liable for any change in the value of the Prize or the consequences of any regulatory or legal obligations the Participant incurs as a result of winning the Prize (including, but not limited to, costs, fees, taxes, or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10) RISK WARNING

10.1) The Participant acknowledges that the Prize is redeemable for a form of cryptocurrency asset and, as such, carries a significant level of risk. The value of the Prize is determined by market forces, and if you are a winner of the Prize, it may decrease in value at any moment, and the Prize may even become worthless. In particular: 

10.1.1) There is no central bank that can take corrective measures to protect the value of cryptocurrency in a crisis or issue more currency; 

10.1.2) Cryptocurrency transactions involving your Metamask wallet or any other self-custodial crypto wallet are irreversible; and

10.1.3) Participants should not interpret anything about the operation of this Prize Draw as an encouragement or inducement to engage in cryptocurrency investing. Before participating, you should educate yourself about the risks of cryptocurrency assets.
